Cloutisoft provides an online marketplace for ready-made digital embroidery design files. By browsing, purchasing, downloading, or subscribing, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all related website policies.
All products sold on Cloutisoft are digital embroidery files. Product previews are for visual reference. Actual stitch results may vary depending on fabric type, thread, stabilizer, machine settings, hooping, and embroidery equipment.
Supported formats may include DST, PES, EXP, JEF, and VP3 as listed on product pages. Customers are responsible for checking machine and software compatibility before purchase.
Orders must be paid in full before files are delivered. Prices are displayed using the dollar symbol ($). We reserve the right to update pricing, product listings, subscription features, or website content at any time.
After successful payment, customers receive access to download their purchased files. Customers are responsible for saving purchased files safely after download.
Subscription plans provide monthly access to a defined number of design downloads according to the selected plan. Subscription access, download limits, features, and pricing may vary by plan. Customers are responsible for managing cancellation before renewal where applicable.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login credentials secure. Any activity under the customer account may be treated as authorized activity.
Customers may use purchased files according to the License Policy. Reselling, sharing, distributing, uploading, gifting, transferring, or claiming ownership of digital embroidery files is not allowed.
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. Due to the nature of instant-download digital products, sales are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.
Cloutisoft is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect machine setup, unsupported file formats, fabric issues, thread breaks, user error, software limitations, or business losses related to use of purchased files.
