Commercial use terms for Cloutisoft embroidery design files.
When you purchase or download a Cloutisoft embroidery design file, you receive a license to use the digital design under the terms listed on this page. You do not receive ownership of the original digital file or artwork rights.
You may stitch the design on physical products such as apparel, hats, bags, patches, towels, accessories, gifts, and other finished embroidered items. You may sell finished embroidered products created using legally purchased Cloutisoft files.
Commercial use is allowed for finished physical embroidered products. This means you may sell items that you personally embroider using the purchased digital file.
You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, transfer, copy, give away, trade, or include the digital embroidery file in any digital bundle, marketplace, membership, download library, or file-sharing platform.
You may not sell the embroidery file itself in DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, or any converted format. You may not modify the file and resell it as a new digital embroidery design.
Purchasing a file does not allow you to claim the design as your own digital artwork, embroidery file, or exclusive design. Cloutisoft may continue selling the same design to other customers.
Files downloaded through a subscription plan follow the same license rules. You may use downloaded files to create finished embroidered products, but you may not redistribute the digital files.
A purchased file may be used by the purchaser or their internal embroidery team for production of finished goods. It may not be shared with outside vendors, unrelated businesses, or third-party file libraries.
Violation of this policy may result in account restriction, subscription cancellation, removal of download access, or legal action where applicable.
