Cloutisoft sells ready-made embroidery design files that are delivered through instant download after successful payment. Customers do not receive any physical item by mail, courier, or shipping service.
Download access is normally provided immediately after payment confirmation. Customers may receive access through the order confirmation page, customer account area, and/or email notification depending on website setup.
Product downloads include the formats listed on the product page. Standard formats include DST, PES, EXP, JEF, and VP3.
Customers are responsible for downloading and saving purchased files safely. We recommend storing a backup copy after purchase.
